- · milk 200ml
- · unsalted butter 120g
- · self raising flour 300g
- · cream cheese 120g
- · eggs 2
- · caster sugar 100g
- · coco powder 50g
- · soft brown sugar 100g
- · dark chocolate 200g
- Recipe direction
- 1- Heat the oven till 300 degree Fahrenheit and place the oil into the round cake tins.
- 2- Take the butter 50g and melt it and chocolate as well over the hot water.
- 3- During melting this mixture on the other hand combine the sugar, remaining butter, eggs, flour, cream cheese, and coco powder with each other on the slow speed until it will be mixed completely.
- 4- Now combine the butter and chocolate mixture into this.
- 5- Add the milk in this mixture and mix it well.
- 6- Pour the mixture into the cake tins
- 7- Bake the cake for 1 and half hour as long as the knife by which we check the cake comes out clean.
- 8- Remove the cake from oven and then let it be cooled for sometime then turn it on the cooling rack.
- 9- Slice the top most layer of the cake with the knife to make the top layer of cake plane.
- 10-Do the preparation for making the icing and leave the cake for taking rest.
- To decorate
- Mix these all which is given below
- · Icing sugar 600g
- · Large spoons of nutella 4
- · Cream cheese 250g
- · Unsalted butter 100g
- Method
- 1- Firstly place the cake carefully on the final base with some support transfer it from the rack.
- 2- Having removed the layer from the cake perfectly and from the base then on the cake apply thin layer of wash and leave for a minute.
- 3- Apply the icing layer on the top of the cake then make it smooth.
- 4- Then further more apply 2 or 3 spoons of icing on the top of the cake.
- 5- Finally finish it with the decoration.
